Shing is a speech pathologist who is passionate about working with children and adults to help them achieve their full potential. She brings a wealth of experience working across the lifespan for more than a decade. She has worked in the disability sector from early intervention, school aged children right through to adulthood in various settings at home, school, day care, in the community and telehealth. She has also worked in community health with vulnerable children. She has experience working with adults in the hospital setting in Rehabilitation, Palliative Care and Aged Care Psychiatry. She has worked as a clinical educator with the University of Sydney and supervised students in various clinical placements in her workplace. More importantly, her empathetic nature facilitates excellent rapport building with clients with various ages and cultural background. She works from a strength-based approach to support clients to work towards their goal.
